Primetime Plays for Monday, September 19th

Giants -7

HIT: Giants 28 Rams 16

Yeah, yeah, yeah, we know, Eli can't throw in the wind, it might rain, New York is without Osi Umenyiora, and the Giants are a bunch of fuck ups. But it's not going to be windy, it's not going to rain, New York has plenty of pass rushers, and the Giants are more likely to fuck up on the road, not at home.. And yeah, Bradford's going to be a helluva QB one day, but isn't a breakout performance more likely in st. Louis?

We were going to bet a little extra on this game but it's possible we're starting a losing streak, which means we should reduce both our risk factor and our volume. With the system about to kick in - in a coupla weeks - we don't want to have to dig out of a deep hole. Let's keep our bets at the minimum, for now.

Primetime Plays for Sunday, September 18th

TEASER: Eagles +3 1/2 &
UNDER 55 1/2

MISS: Falcons 35 Eagles 31

It's only week 02, and our computer system hasn't kicked in yet, so why are we reaching for these PrimeTime bets? Maybe it's because of our nature, we ARE gamblers if you hadn't noticed. Of course, going for our 2nd Teaser of the year isn't natural at all.

This time we're hoping for the favorite to win but we are not about to lay the 2 1/2 points to the home team. A team, we might add, that won the NFC top seed last year. This year's Falcons team has a few problems. A lot of people would zero in on last week's loss to the Bears. We're more concerned with the injury to MClure, their starting center. His replacement may be able-bodied but he has very little experience.

And even though we don't talk too much about the past, the Eags did beat this team 31-17 last year. That score is appealing to us even though we don't expect the same thing to happen in Atlanta. With the Teaser, we don't need another rout, we just need the Eags to stay close, even in a relatively low scoring game. We are definitely not going to risk a lot on a Teaser. In fact, we used to call this our Teaser level play. Nevertheless, it's called a minimum play, now.

Good Luck Everyone!
